Simple Micro Salad recipe with sweet flavors and wonderful texture
Ingredients
2 cups Micro Salad
2 tbs Goat Cheese
2 tbs Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Dates, sliced and pitted
Olive or avocado oil
Balsamic oil (reduced preferred)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, toss very lightly with olive/avocado oil and balsamic oil
